back...with a BANG!!

after the long hiatus,we are back again...
no we weren't jobless.we,like good girls,worked and kept working.
the grad dinner,the college day went off well,and so did the orientation spoofs.we say we did a good job,because we managed to "inspire" an impressive number of "fuchchas" to get into the groove of dramsoc!
the ID play staged by them,this year,was about the unsung heroes of India's independence day struggle.being the superstars they are,their play was covered by Metro Now and Outlook City Lights.
the next in line was the teachers' day spoof which was prepared over a weekend...needless to say,it was one of the most liked performances of the programme,so much so that we managed to make Ma'am Gopinath spoof herself!
the dramsoc seniors staged Premchand's "Kafan" for the annual meet of principals in the college for the REACH programme.
the NSS week saw dramsoc performing a street play on child rights and child abuse titles "Masoom".
